My brand new (Less then 150 miles)GMC 1500 Sierra had a tree fall on it and I was sent to Coulter for the body work. I bought my Catera new at Coulter Cadillac in 2000, and it's been regularly serviced there. I've seen a number of service managers come and go, but I have to state that Joe Helms is probably the friendlies it's been regularly serviced there. I've seen a number of service managers come and go, but I have to state that Joe Helms is probably the friendliest and most helpful of them all. He went out of his way to explain why my car needed new tires, and, seeing an error in the final bill (which I hadn't spotted), apologized and had the bill amended at once. More

I signed her contract gave her a check and was on my way. I tracked down Ed to thank him and when i said thank you he told that was his job to see that i was satisfied. I took my car there b/c a piece was hanging under the car. They took it back and he called me hours later telling me there is a problem. He said the technician pierced one of the hoses leading to my airc car. They took it back and he called me hours later telling me there is a problem. He said the technician pierced one of the hoses leading to my airconditioner and now I had to pay $300-350.00 to pay for it. I asked why I would be responsible, he said, "The technician could have never known he would have pierced the hose when he fixed the piece. I tried contacting the Sales Department Manager: Jon Thorne but no one called me back. Now I am going to contact the General Sales Mgr: Robert D. Lund and the BBB. More
Excellent dealer with excellent service. The service writers are great but the general manager Mr Tony Komadina is an unkind, mean spirited man.
