I bought my Catera new at Coulter Cadillac in 2000, and it's been regularly serviced there. I've seen a number of service managers come and go, but I have to state that Joe Helms is probably the friendlies it's been regularly serviced there. He went out of his way to explain why my car needed new tires, and, seeing an error in the final bill (which I hadn't spotted), apologized and had the bill amended at once. More

I took my car there b/c a piece was hanging under the car. They took it back and he called me hours later telling me there is a problem. I asked why I would be responsible, he said, "The technician could have never known he would have pierced the hose when he fixed the piece.
