This dealership was very responsive. I called to inquire about a particular Suburban High Country that was in their inventory, and spoke with Jacob Davis. Jacob advised that it had been reserved for another customer, but that they had a nearly identical vehicle but for the color. I researched this vehicle and decided to negotiate a price. I called Jacob back and began the negotiation process. Jacob was very cordial and responsive (nothing like the stereotypical car salesman). In spite of the fact that he doesn’t make the decisions on price, he worked hard to obtain both a price for the new vehicle and a price for my trade-in which I was comfortable with. I chose a date to take delivery which happened to be Jacob’s day off. He nonetheless came in to walk me through the dealership’s transfer and delivery process which ran smoothly. Jacob walked me through the my Chevrolet app and various features in the vehicle itself, and programmed many of them for me onsite. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Country Chevrolet and Jacob Davis in particular. More
