Kirk used the word "assist", which is perfect. I don't need salesmen. I know exactly what I want and what I'm willing to pay. I need an assistant to help me close the deal. Kirk went way beyond the call of duty to assist me. He eagerly satisfied every special request I made. We had a tense moment in the service bay which was quickly and graciously resolved by Darrell and Zach and I was concerned about the age of the tires which also was solved with Kirk's help.
