Between Jan 21st-March 27th, I purchased two vehicles from this dealership and the customer service I received on both occasions was above and beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with. I ended up test driving MANY different cars and never once did Greg seem annoyed or frustrated. He just ran around with a smile grabbing sets of keys and cracking jokes. I felt like I was buying from a friend. Finance is usually the stressful part but Gabe made all of that comical and easy as well. These guys are all top notch at adding great personality to an otherwise frustrating ordeal. I drive an hour and a half to get to this dealership from my hometown (which has several Chevy dealerships) because the customer service is worth every mile of the drive. More

We agreed to purchase a vehicle and when on our way to sign the paperwork, they sold it out from under us and all we rec'd was a "sorry". What kind of business does this? The lack of integrity is astonishing after I heard great things about this dealership. We had secured the loan, the extended warranty and had the bank draft already made out to buy the truck. Buyer beware...stay away and give your money to a dealership where integrity still matters, and so do families. More

Country Chevrolet sold me a wrecked car without disclosure. On 12/12/16, I went to Country Chevrolet to trade my vehicle on a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. The deal was made and all good. This past week I found a differ On 12/12/16, I went to Country Chevrolet to trade my vehicle on a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. The deal was made and all good. This past week I found a different Sonata at another dealer that was a better color with better options and less mileage. This dealer ran a CarFax report the 2014 Hyundai and much to my surprise and shock, this vehicle had been in a significant accident prior to my purchase which significantly reduced the value of the car (by about $5000). The sales manager at Country Chevrolet has acknowledged they knew about this accident but never provided that information to me prior to purchase. Now they will not do anything. I have suggested either voiding the sale and refunding my money or making a cash settlement to offset the reduction in value. The car has no outward appearance of damage and seems to drive fine. My concern is when I go to trade or sell this car, the negative CarFax report will be out there which will cause major problems. More

Harry got me more vehicle for the same money!!! I bought a jeep off Harry fake today, and I must say at first I had the usual car buying stigma. But Harry changed the expierience into a awesome one. I could not find a Cherokee anywhere that would fit into my budget. Harry actually said well why don't you up your price range a little more and just extend out the term so your able to afford the payments. He got us a fully loaded grand Cherokee at a payment that was the same as other places on a older jeep and not nearly as loaded and nice as the one he was showing me. He got rid of the fear of being screwed over and made this into a lifetime buisness relationship and friendship. I will recommend my friends and family to purchase off of him. On top of everything it took me less then two hours from when I stepped on the lot to drive off with my new vehicle. More
