Trustworthy and honest At another dealership, for years was told (and paid for) I was getting full synthetic oil. Found out they didn’t even carry it. So my first oil chan At another dealership, for years was told (and paid for) I was getting full synthetic oil. Found out they didn’t even carry it. So my first oil change, on the brand new car I purchased from this dealership, I was wary. Asked a bunch of questions, like, can I watch the tech put in the fluids. How do I know I’m getting synthetic... They were very patient and understanding. When it was time for the oil, they escorted me back, the tech explained and showed me how the overhead hose is labeled synthetic. Has a built in meter, like a gas pump, built into the handle. Thought that was neat. Both my wife and I are very happy with our experiences at Country Hyundai. More

I bring in my vehicle for regular maintenance and everyone in the service department is always helpful and doesn’t try to sell you things you ‘don’t need’. Service time is average but overall a good dealership to buy a new or used vehicle. More
Made things easy! My vehicle was recently making noises that I couldn't identify so I wanted to get it in to be looked at. Scott went out of his way to bring my car in for repairs and return it to me so that I didn't have to miss work in order for the brakes and rotors to be replaced. Turnaround time was great and it couldn't have been easier. This is the kind of experience that makes me return to Country Hyundai. Thanks Scott! More
Oil Service Plus I went to have my oil service done and upon checking in they performed an unexpected car alignment and informed me that my rear alignment was off. Sar I went to have my oil service done and upon checking in they performed an unexpected car alignment and informed me that my rear alignment was off. Sara asked if I wanted it corrected and they would do it after my oil servicing was done. Two hours after oil servicing was done I was still waiting for an alignment to be done . I had to cancel the alignment as I was told there was still some cars in front of mine and my wife had a drs. appointment in a half Hour and needed the car. I cancelled the alignment and was told they could take me the next day. Sara apologized and compensated me for my inconvenience . My alignment was taken care of the next day. It was great to be compensated for but it had taken another day and time out of my day to get taken care of. I was thankful for Sara and the way she handled the situation. Thank You Sara! More
