Purchased a used Tesla Model 3. Test drove the vehicle. Everything looked fine. Get home. Received an alert on the computer. Back tire tread low. Contact Joe, who spoke to a manager Test drove the vehicle. Everything looked fine. Get home. Received an alert on the computer. Back tire tread low. Contact Joe, who spoke to a manager. Said he would get back to me. Once I heard back, said was it the only back two tires. Yes, confirmed that it was the back two. Contacted me again, said he can’t do the tires and that I would have to get them at cost. Then proceeded to text and say he could do two tires for $700… took the vehicle to Discount tire. Was told the back tires were a 2. Also, one of them was plug with a gas station plug. Front were at a 6. I paid $1,116.52 for a set of FOUR tires with a warranty, for one the best tires they sell. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by this outcome. Should have known I would have had to put in another 1k a week in owning the car… also, cabin air filter was filthy and needed to be changed.
