EXLGYMOFIL, we're sorry you're not happy with the titling and tax issues. We hope you understand we have no control over the state requirements for such items. Titles always have to match the lending paperwork, or the lender will not fund the loan. We're glad you liked your sales person and certainly hope you'll understand our team can't override the state or lender requirements. IF you'd like to pay cash we can send in the paperwork to the state any way you'd prefer.

mccalestermichelle, we're sorry that there was a disconnect between our online scheduling system and the instore calendar. As you'd imagine the person accepting the phone calls doesn't decide if we have room for the day, they are responding to the direction from the service team. Often when the 'walk-in' traffic exceeds the 'scheduled' traffic we can have a difference in the available slots for the day. We used to book heavy and then people complained that we were too slow. In any case we are very sorry that you are unhappy and hope you will give us another chance to earn your business.
