When I walked into the Continental dealer I was greeted by Matt Klein in less than a minute. That did not happened at the Ford dealer in Melrose Park when I passed in front of every body and walked for abo by Matt Klein in less than a minute. Honda did not want to give me a better deal, they said there was nothing to negotiate just the price they asked and take it or leave it. Matt was very nice and treat us with respect at the same time it was a lot fun while trading my car and purchasing new Nissan Altima. I had initially gone online to look up information on a Nissan Juke. After visiting auto trader and finding a good price I contacted Continental Nissan to work out a deal. After speaking with A.J. in person I realized that ALL online prices are bait and switch. The prices are used to get consumers into the dealership. All the rebates that I expected on the car were unavailable because I was not in the military, or a recent college graduate. After some time talking to the "Manager" Nico I realized things were not going to work out because they stated I would not be able to get into my price range for monthly payments because of a bad credit rating. I left the dealership that day after driving 20 miles with the two cars that I was trading in. A few weeks later I found financing and the payments I needed from another finance company. I should have asked for another sales rep as how AJ had initially been deceiving about the original rebates but I wanted to give him a second chance. I spoke with AJ again and because of the new financing he said the deal should be able to be made. I called again the day before I was to make the deal and he again reconfirmed the deal. Two hours before I was going to go into the dealership and make the deal AJ called to say that had made some miscalculations on what available as far as rebates go. After all is said and done this dealership has TERRIBLE service and is just looking to pull one over on the customer. More
