Chuck is really easy to deal with, I had a honest experience with him. My only issue would be about how clean the exterior of the car was. I bought a used car, so I know they can't be perfect, but t experience with him. My only issue would be about how clean the exterior of the car was. I bought a used car, so I know they can't be perfect, but the wash job looked like a 5 dollar wash. The hard plastics weren't wiped down, the front windshield under the wipers had a layer of flith on it, the horizontal surfaces in the engine compartment was covered in dust. Overall I had a great experience, and I would buy from this dealership again. More

Service was prompt and explained by the video that was provided. Scheduling was easy to make. Having to provide this 15 word minimum is annoying though. Made appt online; Brandon, service advisor, was very helpful and kept me apprised of findings, status and pricing. Service area, reception and waiting area was clean and comfortable. Appt went longer than expected so they even drove me to/from a nearby restaurant so I could grab a bite to eat while vehicle was being serviced. More
