I took my car for an oil change and specifically asked the service tech to top off the power steering fluid, he did not. I asked why it wasn't done and he said because it would cost extra. I asked for this service and am expecting to pay for it, not be told we didn't do it because you look like you can't pay for it. Also, do you verify all fluid levels?if so why don't you top them off? I was given my car back with low power steering fluid,low brake fluid and low coolant level. I do not trust you to do what is necessary to maintain my vehicle in a safe and working condition. It's unlikely I will return to you for future maintenance needs. You must do better. More

My lease for my 2020 Nissan Altima SL ended on January 20, 2024. I relied on the excellent experience I had with the previous ownership, before Continental Nissan was bought by Walser I contacted Tim D 20, 2024. I relied on the excellent experience I had with the previous ownership, before Continental Nissan was bought by Walser I contacted Tim Duda, new car sales manager. He said he remembered me from 2020. I had leased a 2017 from Martin Nissan in Skokie and a 2020 from Continental Nissan in Countryside. The 2024 was going to be my third Altima SL. I told Tim I wanted to lease a silver 2024 Altima SL. He gave me the information about the terms of the lease for a 2024 Altima SL FWD, $2,500 downpayment and $295 a month for 36 months, 5,000 miles instead of 10,000. On January 17 Tim sent me an email stating that the car was "7-10 days away . i will reach out when it gets closer." On January 20 Tim sent me an email stating the following:"the inbound altima was sold to another customer prior to our conversations it is inbound and pushed back until mid feb. i have access to another one but from another dealer friend. it is brand new , the same , and available." Also on January 20: "The silver sl front drive is coming from another store my guess is 35 miles or so plus the drive up to winnetka whe we deliver it. the altima sl i had coming in had a deposit and was delayed until mid February." On January 27, the day when I was supposed to have the car driven to my house he sent me this email: "Yes, i have the inspections list performed by our master tech and copy of it for you." The inspection showed that EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. The first and only time I drove this car the horn did not sound properly, very low sound. The FOB also made a very low sound when locking the car. I was backing out of a parking space at Costco in Glenview, IL, on January 29, and the rear camera did not show on the screen a van A FOOT AWAY FROM THE BACK OF MY CAR. Thankfully, I don't rely solely on the safety features, I looked to the back of my car and thank God I avoided a collision! When I pressed the button for the surround cameras the left side which shows the surround area was COMPLETELY BLURRY! The right side showed the car, a bit better defined but not the way it is shown on a Nissan website. The black area (probably plastic) under the front vents was COMPLETELY SCRATCHED! On January 20, 2024 I sent this email to Tim Duda: "I was not aware that a silver SL had a deposit, which would mean that it will be sold. Therefore the only 2024 silver SL you are offering me has around 35 miles (maybe more) and is driven to Countryside by a friend of yours. I did not have this information. I’m not sure where it is coming from, which would explain that many miles on it. Please give me details about that car, where it is currently and why it is not driven to Countryside right away. I am wil I drove the silver Altima SL only once, on January 29, 2024 after it was delivered to my house on January 27, 2024. I will never drive this car again, it is unsafe given all the malfunctions that happened when I drove it the one and only time. I signed a lot of forms on January 27, 2024. When I looked at the inspection form everything was check marked, even though the area under the from vents (photo above) was SCRATCHED all around. I also looked at the three signatures on the inspection from, one of which I recognized as that of Tim Duda. All three had the date of 7/25/2024, MORE THAN 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE I SIGNED THE LEASE. This is highly suspicious and fraudulent. The inspection could not have taken place on July 25, 2024, since I signed the lease on JANUARY 27, 2024. Everything about this transaction is distrustful and suspicious. I have emailed Tim Duda on February 4, 2024, reminding him that I had trusted him based on the excellent service I received under the previous ownership in 2020. I urged him to do what's right and honest, "for the love of God!". He continues to ignore my emails. This dealership has taken advantage of a widowed senior woman, which is the most despicable act anyone can do. More
