I went there with an appointment for hood latch recall. They checked that out. It took an hour and a 1/2. Wasted my time for nothing. Didn't replace it didn't do nothing.with it..Why would it take 1 1/2 More

Bilik45, Nissan alerts all owners that their vehicle may need the remedy when there is a recall. Not every vehicle is ultimately impacted but the inspection and tests are necessary to ensure you don't have a dangerous outcome. The total time of your visit includes write up, physically brining the vehicle in and out of the department and a complete inspection. Our roll is simply to make sure your vehicle is safe from the notification Nissan provides, and at no charge. We're sorry that you're unhappy about your free inspection and the time it took.

Pam, We very much appreciate you continued business and are sorry that you are unhappy. The 3% credit card passalong was a recent change as it's a fee from the credit card company we have absorbed for years. Because not all of our customers use credit cards the fee is passed along to only the people who do, rather than us having to increase pricing on services for all users. The price increase would be necessary to offset our rising costs to provide service because of the very challenging economic conditions we are all facing. Our service manager, Keith Walega, has been trying to reach you by phone to listen to your concerns and talk through the actual use of the product with the $33.69 charge.
