GUATEFIRST, we're sorry that you're unhappy with our efforts. We clearly had no control over the critter that chewed through your vehicle's main engine wire harness. Our Master tech inspected and found the damage. The typical process is to replaced the harness rather than repair it, we would have used part # 24011-6RF2D = $1,221.69 + TAX. Labor for this repair would have been 19.1 hrs = $3,858.20 + fees. We offered an alternate solution and we were able to save the harness and do a wire repair. This option is time consuming but did save a lot of money. We thought that was the best step to take and we offered the estimate. Our advisor explained the option and you authorized us to repair it rather than replace it. We completed the repairs, and it corrected all the customers' issues. The total on the customer's repair came to $655.95. The customer asked to use the 10% off coupon which we did apply, which saved you $60.00. Knowing ahead of time how much the repair would have been if you were unhappy, why not take your issue elsewhere for the work. We wish you would reconsider your rating as the work was far more than replace black tape on some wires.
