Thank you, Kiminator The Warden, we appreciate your comprehensive comments (for both DealerRater and Google) and long term business support. BJ has such a wonderful fan base and we are proud he is a part of team Countryside Nissan! Our team has posted several notifications through out the dealership specifcally about the update to the credit card usage fee, however, we agree it would be easy for your advisor (BJ in this case) to offer a reminder at the onset. WE will also look into your recommendations for waiting guests/scheduling. Due to the work variety that comes in through schedule and through drop in for diagnosis (due to break down) keeping workflow moving is always a challenge. Guest are always offered a shuttle or drop off option and we do have vehicles available for longer term repair which can keep things moving as well. Thanks again for taking the time to share and we believe in you too!
