We had a great experience in looking for the vehicle we wanted. There was no pressure and the sales people said come find them when we were ready. We found the one we liked but dealership did not have the wanted. There was no pressure and the sales people said come find them when we were ready. We found the one we liked but dealership did not have the color wanted; they advised that they could get it for us. Paperwork went great and we were able to get to the price we liked and felt comfortable with. We did leave while car was being moved. Once the car arrived there at the dealership there were several delays and we waited over and hour for the car to be cleaned and fueled. We were told 30 minutes. Our salesperson was helping another customer and was not able to assist us. We finally reached out and were assured by the General Manager who was apologetic The long wait was frustrating due to the lack of communication. We did not realize until we got home that we received no paperwork on the sale of the vehicle . More
