These guys (and gals) are different. There seems to be genuine care taken, but without that fake feel that seems to permeate most dealerships. Dan, the GM seems more like a school teacher than a car dealer. ..and he puts himself out on the floor instead of hiding in some dark, decision-making chamber in the back of the store. Our salesperson, Dijuan, reflects that same persona. The next time we're in the market for a car, if we're looking at the Kia brand, we'll go out of our way to shop at Courage, without a doubt. More

I would give them zero stars if I could. They could not have provided worse service when we had issues with our Kia. We took in our 2019 Kia Sedona for repair. They immediately told us it needed a completely new engine to the tune of $13000. They charged us two diagnostic fees even though they only quoted us one (I had it in writing in an email from them). This van was only 12,000 miles past the warranty. They did absolutely nothing to help and went as far as to charge us twice when they didn't need to even though they knew we were in a very tough spot. To top it all off, very shortly after we got an email with a quote for a $13,000 repair, a salesman called us trying to sell us a new car. So shady. Would not recommend at all. More

I will never go back to Courage Kia. I went in for an inspection and to have a sensor replaced. While I was waiting they proceeded to email be a list of "Suggested" services, 12 total fo I went in for an inspection and to have a sensor replaced.
