He was not pushy, he considered my feelings during the whole process. He was not trying to sell me something that I did not want, but rather he worked out the details on exactly what I wanted. Considering a trade in 4 days ago I decided to go down to Kia of gastonia, really just to investigate how much they would give me for a trade in, not really thinking I was g 4 days ago I decided to go down to Kia of gastonia, really just to investigate how much they would give me for a trade in, not really thinking I was going to buy a car. I did make an appointment on-line the day before. Upon arrival Patrick met me out front, introduced him-self and had the car that I was interested in spotless ready for a test drive. We did not waste any time and went for a test drive and I did like the car but wasn't sure my wife would. He let me drive it home to her and come back later that day. I spent some time looking at other local dealerships that day and found a car that had more features for about the same price at the dealership in morsville. I showed up with the car with out my wife and Patrick knew that was not a good sign... But he just keept asking what he needed to do to gain my busness - And I felt like I made an extreem statement that I wanted to be able to have a signifigant amount of equity in a car that would drive off the lot. This is when Patrick brought over Toren. These guys understood where I came from, and we really saw eye to eye on many things. I don't know who Patrick or Toren talked to but they gave me more than kelly blue book value for my trade in, and took 9k off the car we wanted. From the moment I got there Patrick's service blew me away! The next time any one I know is considering buying a car I will be sending them to Patrick. And if he is still working there next time we need a car I know where I will be going and wasting any time anywere else.
