I bought a used 2018 GMC from Court Street Ford earlier this year. The buying process was easy and streamline, but the sales associate that I was working with was not very punctual, nor did he really seem this year. The buying process was easy and streamline, but the sales associate that I was working with was not very punctual, nor did he really seem to care to help me after the sale was made. During the buying process, I asked that the paint pen be provided due to a couple scratches that I wanted to touch up. He never contacted me to tell me that he had ordered my paint pen and also when I drove off the lot, my oil percentage was under 80%, and all four tires needed air added. When I questioned whether or not they actually even did an oil change on the truck he told me yes, but was willing to give me a free oil change. After three weeks of not hearing from him, I called back to the dealership and spoke with a sales manager who finally got me the paint pen. I went in for an oil change a couple weeks ago and my appointment was for 8:30 in the morning. I did not end up leaving until 1030 because the parts department would not answer the tech working on my truck to get him the air filter. The only reason I am leaving two stars is for the service manager, who gave me the oil change for free and I will only be coming back for my next free oil change and I will not be returning after. More
