Took our car in because the engine was misfiring and losing power. Technicians figured out the issue after a lot of testing. We were set up with a loaner car upon arrival when we realized Courtesy needed to keep the car longer than expected. There were a lot of hours put into solving our misfire issues. The service team was courteous and informative keeping us up to speed on the status of the repairs. Unlike some other dealer service departments I have used, I trust this team to treat us fairly and work for us to keep our car serviced. Sean was a pleasure to work with to get my MDX’s dead battery replaced. When Infirst called about it Sean was going to talk me through the process of trying to jump start the vehicle but logistics preven battery replaced. When Infirst called about it Sean was going to talk me through the process of trying to jump start the vehicle but logistics prevented that. When I said I had a friend who get it started for me the next day Sean was very helpful in getting an appointment set up for me the next day & then taking care of everything in a very timely manner.
