We worked with Lou Taylor, Sean Wardrope and Cole Harris in Dec 2023 to buy our new Acura RDX. They were all wonderful to work with. Lou made me feel listened to and taken care of. I was having a key problem with my car. They did some diagnostic work on the car as well as the car battery, finding the problem was a bad battery that was only working occasionally on the They did some diagnostic work on the car as well as the car battery, finding the problem was a bad battery that was only working occasionally on the key fob. After doing all of that including replacing the battery in the key fob there was no charge for their efforts. Another reason why Courtesy is the only place I take my MDX for service! More

Courtesy Acura was accommodating and has a great staff to work with. My car battery died the morning of my appointment, which delayed my arrival time.
