Back in the day a trip to the car repair shop was akin to a visit to the dentist for a root canal. The folks at Courtesy are top notch and wonderful to work with! Vanessa H. has been my contact and she is easy to talk to and to explain things that are needed. She always keeps me up to date on the services that I need or will need in the future so there is never a surprise. I can't thank her, and all of her colleagues, enough.
