The overall experience with Courtesy Acura was very good, especially with salesperson Jessi Treen, who is not listed on your site. An outstanding issue is with the new and traded-in vehicle. Five Star Service! Initially I had my MDX in for service to repair the broken regulator on my driver's side door. After discussing some maintenance items that were (ov Initially I had my MDX in for service to repair the broken regulator on my driver's side door. After discussing some maintenance items that were (over)due (with Chris Zimmerman) I went ahead and had the transmission fluid replaced too. I also had the timing belt service performed (a week later) along with a complete detail. All service requested was performed in a timely manner and when I picked up my MDX it looked brand new! Also, it runs just like it did the day it was picked up in 2001. Not bad for a 22-year-old vehicle! The professionalism of the folks at Courtesy is top notch. Chris Zimmerman is detailed in his explanations of the service(s) needed/performed and goes the extra mile to create a pleasant customer experience. The employee who does detailing is named David and he does a superb job and takes great pride in his work, so much so that I've had both my BMW and Ford Pickup detailed there. I would highly recommend Courtesy Acura for all of one's vehicle maintenance needs. You can't find better service than this! More
Jack and Travis helped me get a part for me when another Acura shop couldn't, and said it was on backorder that was back on July 14th. They were able to track down the part while I was on the phone and had Acura shop couldn't, and said it was on backorder that was back on July 14th. They were able to track down the part while I was on the phone and had it installed in 2 days. The other shop just called me on August 7th saying they located the part. Best of all it was covered by warranty when the other shop was quoting me a huge price for the part. Going forward I will only go to Jack/Travis for all my service. These guys are honest, fair and have great customer service. More
