Unfortunately, I am in need of another vehicle currently and this experience will deter me from searching for a vehicle at your dealership and having to deal with your finance guys. More
I had never gotten work done from an Acura dealer in the past and now I don’t plan on ever going anywhere else. A wonderful experience. I was able to work in an office while my vehicle was serviced. Car was brought in for routine maintenance with a scheduled appointment time. Couldn’t complete the same day. No follow up other than a text stating can’t get car back until following week. No loaner scheduled appointment time. Couldn’t complete the same day. No follow up other than a text stating can’t get car back until following week. No loaner cars provided, so had to go four days without our car. Had to call to ask when service would be finished. Only told by end of day 4 (again for routine maintenance). Service representative stated he would call when done. Never received a call. Had to call near end of day and show up at service center to make sure the service would be done and returned. Didn’t finish and release car until service center closing time, only to find damage to my car. Follow up with service manager was poor. Will not use this dealer’s service department again or purchase another Acura. More
