I have been a customer of Courtesy Acura for 20 years. Not only have I purchased cars there, but I have leased cars through them and I am a loyal customer in their service department. I have found the entire organization from top executives to service technicians to be professional, honest, and caring. They always make sure that I fully understand every point of concern, and treat me with respect and dignity. Because I currently live nearly 200 miles away, I am often not giving them great lead time for me to come in for service. But, they make sure to get me in and get me taken care of--usually in the same day. Most recently, my service light came on just as I left my town to go to Denver, but I was flying out the next morning for a week. I figured I'd just need to leave my car with them. Instead, Travis said, "Bring it in, and let's see if we can get done this afternoon." Sure enough, he had me in and out in an hour! Everything about Courtesy Acura has made me a loyal customer!
