We have always been pleased with the dealership. Jimmy is our favorite. This time, however, there were a couple of minor issues I must address. The oil-service status on the dash was not reset to 0. I didn't notice it after I drove home. I should have. The most disturbing was that after I got home, I got a call from Chris asking if I had the keys to the loaner car I had for the day. He told me the car had been stolen; and even though they recovered it, his tone and demeanor were very accusatory, it seemed to me. He literally interrogated me as if I had stolen the car. Now, excuse me, but two 80-year-old widows? I don't think so. He also told me that the police hadn't been notified until you got the car back. Why not? Anyway, I just didn't appreciate his tone and attitude. While I'm ranting, I might add that the loaner car I got was one of the ugliest combinations of colors in an automobile that I have ever seen. Not up to Acura standards! More
