Working with Jack Aran was great! We were getting our TL ready to ship to Hawaii for our kids in college. Needed service was completed in a timely manner. A few days before heading ou We were getting our TL ready to ship to Hawaii for our kids in college. Needed service was completed in a timely manner. A few days before heading out west to get the Acura to port, the alternator died. Reached back out to Jack, letting him know of our predicament.
