I traded in my 2014 audi A6 for the 2013 A6, my 2014 had brand new snow tires as well as my extra set of all seasons (2 new) (2 with 7/32), the salesman (Lou) told me the used car sales manager would not sell the vehicle with the snow tires which I thought was crazy cause who wouldn't want snow tires? Anyway I asked for my snow tires back so I could sell them myself and buy myself new snow tires since the 2013 has 20inch rims compared to the 2014 that had 19s, so I couldn't use them. But I could've at least gotten some money back and bought new snow tires myself. However, they ended up either losing them or selling them with the vehicle. So I kindly asked if Acura of Littleton would buy me a set of snow tires, especially since I live in Idaho Springs where there is much more snow compared to Littleton. I was never accommodated. For a dealership of this size, buying a set of snow tires (about 1200 bucks) shouldn't be that big of a deal, that amount makes all the difference to the customer.
