I apologize for our lack of concern towards cleanliness of the process. We have cease providing pens due to covid and we have seen guests provide their on pen when signing documents. I have had the discussion with Zach and we will pay closer attention to the situation. I will review the mileage difference to see if there is something we would be able to correct. Last item, upon inspection, cabin air filters are not inspected or change unless a repair requires it to be replaced. Air filters are a maintenance item that is an option for the owner to change if desired. Certified vehicles may have the air filters change if the required service is due.
