The first time we went to view the vehicles, I asked Andrew if we could get $500.00 off of the asking price, due to the fact that the tires were very worn. He told us that they were within specs, and he wouldn't push for helping us any further. We went back a second time and dealt with Brianna. She was very pleasant. For being the only customers in the dealership at the time, it took a considerable amount of time to get the paperwork processed so we could be on our way. We left with a shy half tank of gas, less than clean car, one key fob, very worn tires. The second time I had to use my windshield wipers, the driver side and back wipers both pealed off. I am upset with the fact that the car had been on the lot for quite some time, (stated to us by both of the sales people we dealt with). That being considered the sales people or management couldn't make a price adjustment for small things that should be considered safety items. I will not be making any good recommendations for your auto dealership, due to my bad experience. I was in dire need of a vehicle, since my vehicle was totaled 6 weeks prior. Your location was the only one in Colorado that had a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium available. More

Dropped off vehicle at 12:30 for a new tire and oil change, and was told it would "easily" be done by 4 PM. Arrived at the dealer at 5 PM and vehicle was not done. Service associate said he would be change, and was told it would "easily" be done by 4 PM. Arrived at the dealer at 5 PM and vehicle was not done. Service associate said he would be with me in a minute. I waited 40 minutes and nobody provided me an update on my vehicle. I returned to the service desk and politely but sternly made my displeasure known. At that point they scrambled to try to get my vehicle back to me which took them another 20 minutes to wash, and I finally received my vehicle a little after 6 PM. The service was fine. All I needed was communication that they were running behind, and then some basic courtesy once I arrived back at the service department. More

The customer service is top notch. They treat the customer as top priority. There is never a long wait and they go out of their way to make the entire process so easy.
