Sorry to hear about your experience. We would be happy to detail the vehicle again for you and reimburse you for the wipers if you would like to send us a receipt. Addressing a few concerns you have mentioned, our pricing is based on market pricing and we attempt to offer fair pricing. Which means to our guest that the price should reflect a price at market retail or below so that we don't have to discount the vehicle to offer a fair price. We did review your price and it was about $4,000 below retail price in the market. We checked the inspection report to see the tire measurements at that time (7mm and 6mm), new tires typically measure 8mm, so there is no need to replace the tires at that time. We also deliver Pre-owned vehicles with some gas and our new cars with a full tank. We deliver Pre-owned vehicles with the key that is traded to us, we do not make additional keys for other brands because of the process to have additional keys made. Thank you for your response. It is an hour drive to your dealership, and as I mentioned earlier, I detailed the car when I got home. However, I would appreciate being reimbursed for the windshield wipers I had to purchase. Where should I send a copy of my receipt? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Janet Erickson
