Vanessa is so awesome. Every time I bring my MDX in for service I save money! Crazy right? She always calls me, tells me what’s recommended Vs what’s needed so I use my money wisely to fix the things that service I save money! Crazy right? Covid 19 Aware, In n Out Quickly My RDX was serviced pre-coronavirus earlier in 2020, so having it serviced in June was new territory in terms of safety protocol. After speaking w my My RDX was serviced pre-coronavirus earlier in 2020, so having it serviced in June was new territory in terms of safety protocol. After speaking w my service rep, Michael, he walked me through the options of either the 'valet' service, where a person is dispatched to my home to pick up my vehicle, get it serviced and then return to my home or just do the traditional drive in and wait. He explained that the valet service was about a week out, so I drove in to the dealership. All the service reps were masked and many of them wore gloves, so that gave me confidence that the dealership was 'Covid 19 aware' and was taking measures to keep customers (and its staff) as safe as possible. I waited about 90 minutes (mostly outside in the fresh air so I didn't have to keep my mask on), which was the estimated time Michael gave me to complete the service, and I drove out with my newly washed RDX. I've always had attentive service at CA, but was particularly pleased the dealership was taking the virus outbreak seriously. ANother great experience! More
