I don't appreciate the constant cross sell and up-sell tactics on every single visit. It's a pain in the xxx. And usually it's unnecessary -- warranty and recall items notwithstanding. Obviously your staff is trained to cross sell, but they would clearly find something wrong even if I drove in with a brand new 2020 model right off the show room floor. Do me and all your customers a huge favor, cut the xxxxxxxxx and just do what needs to be done. Not your business model, I get it because then you'd see daily receipts drop, but I don't care - maybe you could cut back on the xxxx bottled water and york mints - like I give a crap. More
