Minor repairs, amazing rental car I just went in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated on my 2010 Acura TSX for a very fair price. They then gave me a new 2019 Acura RDX rental, I just went in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated on my 2010 Acura TSX for a very fair price. They then gave me a new 2019 Acura RDX rental, red seats, double sunroof... the works. I was sad when I had to return the rental, but also very happy to be back in my well maintained car. More

First service 2 weeks after purchasing used RDX We purchased a used RDX and also got the 3 yr/36K mile warranty. 2 weeks after getting the car the automatic back hatch opener ceased working and we n We purchased a used RDX and also got the 3 yr/36K mile warranty. 2 weeks after getting the car the automatic back hatch opener ceased working and we noticed pulling to the right indicating possible alignment issues. At first Kayla said it would be a $50 deductible on the switch to fix the back hatch opener, and $158 to do a new alignment. When I expressed surprise and confusion about what the warranty covered, that the hatch was working when we bought the car 2 weeks prior and that the alignment that supposedly done right before we purchased the car. I said the $50 deductible seems more like an insurance policy than a warranty, and that either the alignment that was indicated as done was either not done correctly or perhaps not done at all. With no further discussion, with no arguing or debating, Kayla responded to this confusing situation diffusing a potentially negative and contentious interaction and had the service team take care of both issues under the warranty and did not charge us $158. Our sales guys Joe and Jimmy were also very positive and responsive. After we got the car back, we noticed a few scratches on the left front fender that were not there when we dropped the car off to get it fixed. Without debate, Kayla had her guys quickly buffed out the scratches so it looked like new again. It's very refreshing to get good customer service in this age where poor customer service is the norm. Kayla was very professional. She listened and then went into problem solving mode with out trying to be defensive on behalf of her organization and with out trying to make us feel defensive or ignorant like most other so called customer service folks would have done. I wish there were more truly customer service people around like Kayla. More
