No issues Courtesy will not be the cheapest option, but between a free loaner and detailed work by my mechanic , paying a little more is worth it. The work was done within the promised time (I waited), and while I did get additional work done than originally estimated (clean battery connections, which seemed overpriced but cheaper than me trying to figure it out), I’ve never felt pressured or upcharged. Joe (mgr?) was quick to respond to my phone call where I described the type of car I was looking for. He found the exact car I wanted very quickly. I really appreciated that because finding the right car is never easy. I had a car (30 days old) that was the base model and wanted the technology package. That was an unexpected plus in the process. Internal communication could be improved. The first time I drove out, (30 minutes) to drop off my car for some additional service work and had scheduled an orientation to the new car's features. No one showed for 20 minutes while I stood around in the showroom. Then I was told the instructor was double booked and if I would wait 20 more minutes they "might" find someone. No. I left. Not wasting more of my time in "hopes" of that. Overall the wait time for the paperwork takes too long. I was paying cash and yet they asked if they could do a credit check. I told them no. Why? Not logical. So they did not. More

I wanted to take that next step by driving the RDX. I had reached out online and was contacted by Daniel Strajna. He was extremely friendly and professional, and felt comfortable enough to come in and drive the new RDX. I Love that vehicle and Daniel was wonderful. Even though I wasn't quite ready to make the purchase because I needed to drive a few different vehicles, I am confident that if I buy and RDX, it will be with Daniel and Courtesy Acura. Great place! I took it to Courtesy Acura and there Mike Wajler and his friendly and knowledgeable crew went to work figuring out the problem. It took a shorter time than I would have thought to fix it for it was a pretty obscure issue but, ultimately, I could drive quietly away. A terrific group of guys (the names of the other 3 or 4 I unfortunately didn't get) whom I would recommend to everyone! More
