Routine Service Scheduled a web appointment that was simple and easy. Met with Shane Madison and found him very extremely knowledgeable and business friendly. Shane help me understand the remote side mirror application for reverse backing on my MDX. Also ordered a part (not in stock) but will test me when it comes in. The routine maintenance was was done before suggested time... also I was advised to change the cabin filter and air filter, both were done. Both service and advise were excellent and I will return. arby18 P.S. The GM should leave the TV remote with the front receptionist or a manage to have better choice of channels early in the morning .... More

Seamless We had received an email from Courtesy about their Tax Savings Time car sale on a Saturday. We were thinking about buying an RDX in the future but I We had received an email from Courtesy about their Tax Savings Time car sale on a Saturday. We were thinking about buying an RDX in the future but I decided to request a quote. They only had several RDX's that were fully loaded but one was the color/combo we wanted so a I requested a quote on it. Within the hour, I received a call from Cole Harris and we decided to schedule a test drive on Monday. We test drove one of the demos and decided to buy the car. Unfortunately, the color/combo that we wanted had been sold on Saturday. Cole called the other dealers and one in New Mexico but all of theirs in that color/combo had been sold. He asked if there was another color that would work for us. Fortunately, they had one in another color/combo that we decided we could live with and took it. They gave us a little discount on the car in the form of all weather mats since they didn't have the one we originally wanted. Cole told us he would bring the car out to us, do all of the set up including garage, cell phones, etc. and go over all of the features again which he did. He was really great to work with. More
Installation of snow tires Shane Madison was very helpful when I came to Courtesy to change out snow tires. I made a blunder by not bringing the right tires to install. I came without an appointment, but was promptly met and signed. Shane Madison was my consultant. He got the info and told me the service would take about and hour or a little more. This included the routine checkup of fluid levels, etc., plus the complimentary car wash which is done very nicely. The service was complete in one hour and ten minutes. The car was returned shiny and looking brand new. I wish to give Courtesy and Shane the highest marks. I will always bring the car back to them for service. JC More

This happened to my wife and I when the car we were driving randomly died in front of the Courtesy Acura. Kerry Walton, our salesperson came out to help push our car to safety with a group of other Courtsey Acura staff! We all laughed about the fact that our car took it's last breath in a car dealership lot! As fate would have it, Kerry was able to find us the perfect car for our family and, lent us a vehicle to retrieve our children from school. Had my previous vehicle died somewhere out on the highways, my day would have been incredibly stressful. Instead, I felt like the team at Courtsey Acura treated us like family, and made every effort to accomadate our very unuasual, and maybe fateful situation! More
