Good recovery from annoying situation The car we wanted was in the inventory of another dealer who ultimately refused to release it after going back and forth on the issue. As a result we waited to complete the paperwork on the transaction for 2 hours on one day and left after being told we could stop by for a very short time the following morning. But, when we arrived the car had not been released by the other dealer so we had to wait while Courtesy found another one to be shipped in. All of the Courtesy personnel where pleasant and professional about the situation. Courtesy gave us a loaner to use while we wait for our new car to arrive from an out of state dealer. But for the intransience of the other local (Mile High) dealership it would have been a very pleasant and efficient experience. More
