Profession Alec was very profession, friendly and especially very clear on what work was going to be done and the cost. Upon returning to get my car, Alex went Alec was very profession, friendly and especially very clear on what work was going to be done and the cost. Upon returning to get my car, Alex went over the bill completely explaining everything and I was in and out in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with how Alec handled everything but you need to read below! ANOTHER NOTE: I find it difficult to call in and get an appointment. I left a message two days in a row with no call back and finally on the third day I got a live body. Courtesy needs to evaluate this problem if they want to keep their customers. Once I arrived service was excellent but I was ready to look elsewhere for my service prior to that! More
