Hi Brian and Megan I am sorry that we have failed to live up to our usual high standards for your service visit last week. I would like to make arrangements to deliver a loaner car to you and bring your MDX in on Monday next week. At that time we can change the oil and rotate the tires at our expense. The service rep we were working with has reached out and we need to return her call, but we hadn't had the time to review our schedules. It's just an inconvenience for us as we live near Boulder and do not like driving into Denver due to the increased construction in our area it takes almost an hour each way. We’ve made this inconvenience well known during our debate over the initial discussion of trying to obtain a rental. Prior to an Acura we have always owned at least a single Honda. I've owned 4 prior and I've never had an issue. The service rep was good and we got the issued straighten out, but how can a certified tech miss stating that the car has a service light on in the vehicle during if the multi points was truly checked off as good? The tech was operating on updating the navi they would have been in the vehicle multiple times to get that updated and it would have been solid within the MM. Honestly, I would just bring the vehicle to Flatirons/Fisher in Boulder and get it serviced,; however, the point is we purchased this vehicle through Courtesy. The only reason we bought the car there was because we have been told by many of our co-workers and friends this was a great place. VIN5FRYD4H41FB014200

Randy, I really appreciate the gesture of delivering us a vehicle to use for the day and taking our vehicle to get serviced. 8/13 works for us in the morning, but we will need to work around a time of switching things out in the evening. We had purchased our vehicle as a CPO, which I believe comes with one or two oil changes for free. Would you just be adding another one to our vehicle? Can you note this on our account if so?
