I thought all car dealers were slimebags Until I rolled onto the Courtesy Acura parking lot on Friday evening. Actually, it started with a phone call from Cole Harris earlier in the day. It w Until I rolled onto the Courtesy Acura parking lot on Friday evening. Actually, it started with a phone call from Cole Harris earlier in the day. It was a pleasant conversation, where he answered all my questions and gave me all the information I was asking about, even when it meant searching for answers on transmission and tow capacity. But I got all the answers I needed to hear. After that he invited me to stop by and look at the truck later in the day. The call never felt pushy or desperate. We got there around 5:15 pm and since the truck was unlocked, we (the fam) promptly got in and checked everything out, inside and out. We spent about 20 minutes in there talking about it, pressing all the buttons, opening all the cubbies, seeing ourselves in it, and going through the decision making process completely unhindered. In fact, we had to go inside for him once we were ready with our decision! No pressure, no stress, no pushy salesperson to ruin the joy of checking out your next car or truck. It was actually enjoyable just being able to check it out. That’s never happened before. Once we found him inside, we worked out the final price of the truck, got a reasonable trade in value for our SUV, started paperwork and got financing lined up. Unfortunately we had to put the sale on hold since it was now close to 7 and we still needed one more piece of the puzzle to come through before fully committing. The kids were hungry and it was already a long day. By Monday everything was lined up as a go, so went back after work. Got to the lot a little after 5 and was greeted by Cole. Told him I needed to run some numbers so he gave me the time to do that. Went in around 5:15 and finalized everything. Didn’t have to wait too long until I was with the Finance Manager Jake Williamson. Used to think finance managers were also slimebags but Jake is a cool guy and made the signing process enjoyable as well. It was a friendly conversation throughout and not just silence to get all your papers signed, hand your money over and get on your way to leave with your car. Most signings feel impersonal and awkward - this one felt like I was talking with an old friend the entire time. I was finished and wrapped up with financing and out the door around 7pm. it was the fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had in all the years I’ve been buying cars. It was also the most pleasant, professional, and welcoming car buying experience I’ve ever had. When you walk in the building, you’ll see a wall of awards they pride themselves on. I can see how they earned all those awards. Never thought I’d ever say I love a car dealership, but I love Courtesy Acura. I’ll definitely buy from them again and again, and recommend anyone looking for their next vehicle to experience the same 5 star service and treatment. More

Great Service I came in for an oil change on my RDX with no appointment scheduled. Turns out my vehicle was also due for a rear differential fluid drain/refill.
