Awesome Experience! The car industry is a challenging one, the consumer naturally does not trust car dealers, more specifically the sales team. The car dealerships know this and there have been big shifts in operations and government oversight to ensure a better consumer experience. Not all car dealerships have done this shift. I can say that beyond the newly remodeled dealership that is very nice, Courtesy Acura has made the shift and continues to improve the consumer experience. More specifically Sean Wardrope, Sales Manager is leading the charge for the sales team. He is a great leader and good human being. I have purchased 3 vehicles from him and have not been disappointed in the level of service and transparency of my purchase/process. Daniel Strajna is another sales leader that is wonderful to work with. He is professional, courteous, and humble. He sold us our most recent purchase. His attention to detail is above par, he checks the cars in detail before they are delivered and ensures that the process from sales to finance is efficient. Daniel is a very genuine person. In saying all of this, I have recommended several friends and family members to the dealership and they have been amazed by their experience.
