Hi Nancy I am very sorry to hear of your recent experience concerning the battery connections on your TLX. I have tried to call you twice on both of the numbers we have for you but both times there was no answer. I have looked into the early July service visit you had here and you are absolutely correct. The connections were obviously overlooked by the Technician at that time. He is a very dependable Tech and it's unusual for him to overlook that. I am glad you were at least in a safe place and we found nothing else wrong with your TLX when we towed it in. Checking battery conditions is one of the inspections that is suppose to be done on every Service visit. We have some new Service people here and are continuing to train them. I would like to provide a N/C complete detail on your TLX sometime in the next 90 days because of all of the trouble you have gone though. Please let me know if that would be acceptable to you.
