Received an appropriate amount for my MDX trade in. The whole process was easy though, and while buying a car can be a lengthy visit, I never felt like I was being rushed or pushed in any direction. Jimmy is a great communicator and the time I spent there flew by because of it. When it came to financing, Don took great care of me, answered all my questions and I felt like he had my interests and needs in mind the whole time. Great experience all around. She provided all of the information needed to help with my tire purchase and servicing required for my MDX. She helped me stay within budget and kept me up to date throughout the day because the tires had to be delivered. She is courteous, extremely polite and very knowledgeable with all of her customers. The tech did a great job - I was there a bit longer than originally planned but my car drives like a dream so it was worth it! The service techs are thorough and precise-well worth the wait!
