Excellent experience My wife and I were looking for a Jeep for last couple of months online and had been talking to a few dealerships. I had been talking to Floyd via emai My wife and I were looking for a Jeep for last couple of months online and had been talking to a few dealerships. I had been talking to Floyd via email and were planning to stop by and see him about the Jeep. When we arrived he had left, but told me during the day that his sales partner Sean would be able to help if he was not there. We came in, met Sean and test drove the Jeep. I mentioned to Sean that we had another appointment to see another Jeep that night and so he gave us his card and told me if things didn't work out, let me know and we can see what we can do. The other dealership didn't have what we wanted, so we came back to Sean and were able to work out a deal with the target financing we needed with our trade and monthly payment. Best buying experience ever! After becoming frustrated with the inability of the Houston, Texas Acura dealers ability to source the specific vehicle (color, drivetrain, features) After becoming frustrated with the inability of the Houston, Texas Acura dealers ability to source the specific vehicle (color, drivetrain, features) we wanted, I began a nationwide search for who had one. I located exactly what we wanted on the Courtesy Acura site and sent them an inquiry. The next morning I received a call from Floyd Pratt introducing himself and confirming that they had what I wanted. He was out of the office, but then had me contact Sean Wardrope to discuss the particulars. After my experience in Houston, I thought I was again going into that dreaded rabbit hole.... Boy was I wrong! Sean was friendly, knowledgeable and anxious to help. After a short discussion, we had a deal. We discussed the dealers accessories I was also requesting and within a few hours I had an emailed quote that even included shipping to our home here in Texas. Done deal! Floyd later called to confirm my discussions with Sean. Two days later, I received an email with a great video of Floyd introducing me to my new car, just before it was loaded on the transport (all accessories installed!). Three days later, it's parked in my garage.. Less then 7 days start to finish at a distance of 850 miles apart. Floyd called just to make sure the MDX arrived safe and to assure me they were there for any questions despite being so far away. We have been messing around here in Texas for over 5 weeks and we were getting nowhere!! Floyd and Sean have reestablished my belief that there are good people out there that are fair and truly have the customer in mind. If you are looking for an MDX check them out at Courtesy Acura, they have a great stock and folks that care (and it doesn't matter where you live.. They deliver!). Norb More

In fact, this being the case we have always used a broker up until dealing with Floyd Pratt. If all our past experiences had been like the one we had with Floyd we would have been back buying from dealers sooner. Floyd was very professional and treated us liked valued customers. As Floyd said he does not sell his customer but, helps his customers buy a product. Floyd lives up to his helping his customer buy.
