With my wife being vertically challenged (short) we had had to take the time to look at a number of cars. I’d left several Dealerships frustrated or distrusting the sales rep. At one location, I felt compelled to call the GM and identify the unprofessional salesperson. With not many good experiences, I was prepared for another battle. We ran into Sean while we were looking thru the used cars on the lot. He listened, showed us what we wanted, and we left with a new 2013 Acura RDX within 2 hours. If that’s not customer service…what is? Nice job Sean! My wife is happy so I’m happy. More
My Acura seemed to be drawing the battery down resulting in failure to start. I took the vehicle in to Courtesy Acura for service where Mallory ( the service rep.) discussed my starting issue. My car was in the shop most of the day & when I came to pickup the vehicle Michelle went through the entire evaluation process with me and explained the solutions applied to remedy the situation. I just recently started going to Courtesy Acura for my vehicle's service needs and they have earned a customer for life. Their entire staff is professional and goes above and beyond what I have ever seen vehicle's service needs and they have earned a customer for life. Their entire staff is professional and goes above and beyond what I have ever seen. I have myself worked for other dealerships and was impressed with the level of service they provided. They pay attention to the little details as well as make sure your vehicle is taken care of the right way. They do customer service the way it should be, from calling you to update you on status to putting a bottle of cold water in your cup holder when you leave and a chocolate on your console. It's like staying at the Ritz Carlton but for cars. Andy has been great to work with and I never doubted he was on my side, as well as Holly was great when Andy was not available. Even the service porters care, which is hard to find. They even have brought loaner vehicles out to my work and picked up my car when I was having a busy day. You know when everyone cares as much as they do, it comes from the top and how a company is ran. I would and have recommended them to everyone. Their level of customer service is the most impressive I have ever experienced. More

Instead of the aggressive sales pitch I expected I was met with a genuinely friendly, good ole Southern boy! Will Douglas was a pleasure to work and his relaxed demeanor immediately put me at ease. Together we looked through inventory and Will's knowledge helped me make my final decision. It was also a pleasure working with Dean Johnson, a finance manager there. He was straight forward and didn't waste our time trying to oversell warranty options. I have an appointment this week is with Lou Taylor. He's going to show me how to use all the technology my new Acura has to offer. He said the dealership would SPOIL us because they understand the value of a repeat customer. It worked! We had a fantastic experience with Charell and were quite impressed with what we can expect from Courtesy's service department over the life of our car. Charell was charming and great to work with. Additionally, he was knowledgeable about the cars and the buying process. We were introduced to every employee we encountered, and everyone was friendly and attentive. We just had the windows tinted, a clear bra added, etc. and the car really looks gorgeous. I would definitely recommend Acura, and Courtesy Acura specifically, to friends looking for a reasonably priced luxury car. More

We found this dealer to be very easy to deal with when we bought our TL there in 2011. As this dealer was the furthest from our house, we went to the other two dealers first, but had less than great experi bought our TL there in 2011.
