Lou Taylor delivered my car to my house the very next day because he knew I was unhappy about the breaks and was hesitant about driving in the snow to pick up my car. He did everything possible to satisfy me! He also provided me with touch up paint I had asked for. Although I was upset my brake pads were worn, Lou took full responsibility and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you! More
