From the moment that we arrived at the dealership we were treated with the best customer service that we have ever experienced while shopping for a car. My wife had spoken to John on the phone regarding a car she saw on the website and was quoted a great price over the phone and we set up an appointment for a test drive that afternoon. We arrived at the dealership and were taken care of by Kerry because John had to leave. Kerry allowed us to drive the car home to make sure that it would fit in the garage and take it for a proper test drive, not just around the block. We loved the car and purchased it that afternoon. During the purchase process we were not pressured and Kerry and Jeremiah took plenty of time to explain everything to us in detail about the car and the financing. In addition, Lou, the concierge, then took the time to explain some of the details on the car, and set up an appointment with us to come to our house and go over the nav system and any other questions that we had about the car. Lou spent two hours with us and we came away with a very good understanding of all of the technical details of the car. We had a great experience at Courtesy Acura this week. We were interested in a new MDX to replace our current vehicle. I had originally visited the dealership to look at some new vehicles and met with Sean a were interested in a new MDX to replace our current vehicle. I left the dealership and I was never pressured into making a decision that day to purchase a vehicle.
