We've had our 08 MDX serviced at Courtesy for the past 4 years. Not only is the MDX a great vehicle, but the service and attention that we receive from Courtesty makes it difficult to consider buying anythi years. Not only is the MDX a great vehicle, but the service and attention that we receive from Courtesty makes it difficult to consider buying anything but an Acura. We live in Breckenridge and it's a trip to come down from the mountains for service .. but you guys make it worthwhile. We just traded our 08 for a new MDX and Jeff and John, his manager, made what often is an uncomfortable experience painless. They bent over backwards to be fair and gave us a great deal. What can I say, a great experience and a wonderful group of people that are true to their word. When is the latest time you had a deal that you said "this is to good to be true" at a dealership? Well my wife and I had one of those experiences on 5/9/2012. John Weidenaar was absolutely great to work with. He gave me a price and payment structure that didn't require the typical haggle between buyer and seller. I had visited another dealer prior to completing this transaction for a nearly identical vehicle and the other dealership (which I won't mention but their initials are FA in Boulder) said "there is no way they are selling you the car for that price". Let's just say they were wrong. So thank you John for being a man of your word and not wasting my time with this purchase. Now for Zsaree Dunbar, very helpful and a pleasure to have worked with regarding the completion of the transaction with regard to the financing. She was patient with our questions and made sure that we understood all the paperwork and best of all the final price which was more than fair for the vehicle we purchased. We had a change of mind regarding an accessory and contacted Zsaree to get our money back. Zsaree was more than willing to refund our money but instead of just processing the request she asked some very valuable questions that in the end changed our minds to stick with our original purchase. Best of all, she offered to reduce the price a little to ensure that we were putting the right product on our new car and not a second rate one that cost a little bit less. She saved us from a costly mistake in the long run I'm guessing. So thank you Zsaree for look out for our best interest and not pressuring us. I would recommend this dealership to my mother and wouldn't worry about her being taken advantage of as happens in the industry at times. These individuals are first class and most of all honest and trustworthy. So in closing I would like to thank the entire Courtesy Acura team and please know that you have a customer for life. Upon my arrival at Courtesy Acura, John was prepared and ready to do everything I asked on a tight timeframe. He had ensured that the various other people in the sales process were all prepared in advance to make it happen. He got answers and and followed through on his commitments to get things done. He even facilitated transportation of my rental car back to the airport after the purchase was made. He is an example of my kind of customer service - that is to read the customers specific needs, adjust the "process", and exceed expectations! Super job! My experience was quite pleasant. The sales person I had been working with was unavailable and Jeff stepped right in, very efficiently I might add. I have taken my Acura MDX into Courtesy Acura a couple times now for oil changes. Everyone at the Service Center is so friendly. This last time I went in Lorenzo helped me he was quick and efficent and of times now for oil changes. Everyone at the Service Center is so friendly. I first visited Courtesy Acura in 2006 when I relocated to Colorado and needed service on my 2004 TL. That is when I first met Sandy Santori. He was and still is an absolute pleasure to work with! When my lease was up and I needed a new car, I went back to Courtesy since I was thrilled with their service. I leased another TL, and then returned to Courtesy to buy my 2007 TL when that lease expired.
