Great Service. I needed to get my car in fast so I could take it on a long road trip. I used the website after hours and got a response right away. I also traded in my 2006 TSX which I also purchased at Courtesy Acura. The servicing of my TSX was always very professional and I loved dealing with them. Recently, I had my car serviced and worked with Michelle Mallory. When I drove up to the service bay, and employee rushed up and opened my car door for me and handed me a bottle of water. Now that's being treated well! Clearly I love Acuras, since I just purchased a new one. Along with that is the special treatment I always receive at Courtesy Acura. More

I wouldn't take my Acura anywhere else. I have owned 4 different Acura's in the last 15 years and I have loved each on of them. I can't ever see myself driving anything other than an Acura. I have always had my Acura's serviced at an Acura dealer and the service staff at Courtesy Acura is always very helpful and very knowledgeable. I always know that I can trust that they will take care of me and only fix what needs to be fixed at the time of my service and then provide recommendations for what may need to be replaced/fixed in the future. I wouldn't take my Acura to any other dealer. I'm very happy with the service I receive at Courtesy Acura. More
Stopped by on Fri, 6/22/2012 to look at some certified pre-owned MDX's. After walking around checking and narrowing my selection, I was casually greeted by Jamie from Sales. He did a great job answering m pre-owned MDX's. After walking around checking and narrowing my selection, I was casually greeted by Jamie from Sales. He did a great job answering my questions on the two selections and did what he could to make me welcome. After I took the MDX home for a couple hours I came back to work with both Sean and Jamie to close the deal. The price offered on the trade was very fair, negotiation on the sale price was also reasonable and before I knew it I was driving home in my new (certified-pre-owned) MDX - after I met with Dean, of course to complete the paperwork. I came back the next day to drop off another key to the trade-in and picked up some additional keys for the MDX. During the process I met Andy in Service, who just like the others, was personable, knowledgable and made me look forward to returning for the next maintenance check. Truly a great experience and hopefully the chemistry at this dealership continues to impress - Thanks! More

I grew to like him and trust him and learned a ton of information about the 2012 MDX before I bought it (with Tech). He never rushed me and had a great sense of humor and perspective.
