I bought my first car from Courtesy in 1990. The service department brings me back. I'm now on my 3rd Acura and 1st Isuzu. They've got the 18-year-old Isuzu running better than ever! I will only let Courtesy Acura service my 2008 Acura MDX. Sandy Santori is the best service advisor hands down. My experience went well here. I did plenty of homework before heading in my buy my new (used) MDX. I had test driven multiple MDX's, many with Jeff at courtesy acura. If you are thinking of buying a car from them, walk past all of the other people and ask for Jeff. You'll be pleased with his no pressure attitude (and he took $1000 off the sticker price for me when I sent him an email). More

I cannot say enough about this place! Jeff Thornton was so wonderful and kind to work with. He never once made us feel pressured and he answered all questions, even my silly mom ones.
