They are always friendly, helpful, and do great work! I get a loaner car when I need one, and they always wash and vacuum my car. Even though my Isuzu is 18 years old, and they are not an Isuzu dealer any get a loaner car when I need one, and they always wash and vacuum my car. Even though my Isuzu is 18 years old, and they are not an Isuzu dealer any more, they take care of it as well as my Acura. They even look for ways to save me money on service. I bought my first Acura there in 1990, and because of the service department, I bought 3 more cars from them. My next car, when I replace the Isuzu, will be an Acura from Courtesy Acura in Littleton. I have been using Courtesy Acura since moving to Denver 3 years. I leased an RDX in Portland, OR and brought it here for service. I just traded my RDX on Friday (03/11/2011) for a 2011MDX. LOVE it. Jesse has been amazing from the beginning of phone calls in talking with him months ago with my upcoming lease-term end to getting me into my brand new MDX (have I said I love it yet!?). I thought I wanted the bali-blue with a lighter interior but when I saw it I hated it so I began my search again and fell in love with the metallic silver exterior and dark grey interior. I have the tech package. I LOVE it. More

Whenever we had a request of him, He would provide us with the info we required in a timely manner. He was always willing to spend whatever amount of time we needed to ultimately make the right decision for my wife and I. He always exhibited a great attitude and a very good sense of humor. We were searching online for a particular used car and there was a match at the Courtesy Acura dealer in Littleton Colorado. I sent a message to the dealer and Jeff Thorton was very quick to return my cal there was a match at the Courtesy Acura dealer in Littleton Colorado. I sent a message to the dealer and Jeff Thorton was very quick to return my call. I headed over to the dealership and met Jeff who was very pleasant. The thing I appreciated is that he didnt pressure me and try to show me a bunch of cars. He told me the facts, gave me the information I needed and I left. Later that day I was back and bought the car. Jeff had informed me of his schedule and had arranged for Jack Garcia to meet us and complete the deal. Jack was also great to work with.It was very easy. In fact I am writing this less than 24 hours since I actually saw the car online. We would absolutely use Courtesy Acura again, and Jeff in particular. The no "high pressure sales" alone made me feel more comfortable and gave me a sense of trust.
