I brought my RDX in for a synthetic oil change. I reviewed other maintenance needs with the service advisor and I decided to have the brake fluid system flushed and the transfer fluid changed. I waited at the dealership and they notified me when my car was finished. When going over the service performed the oil was changed and the transmission fluid was changed instead of what I wanted done. We had discussed changing the transmission fluid but I said I would do that on another visit. I told the advisor that he did the opposite of what I wanted done. The service advisor basically said "oops and oh well". I am very disappointed that work that I wanted done was not completed and something that I did not authorize was done instead. I have been going to Courtesy for service for years but now I am questioning if that is a good idea anymore. More
Once I was able to reach a service agent, things went very smoothly. However, the agents have been overwhelmed with clients and returned calls were not returned. Once I showed up and asked for help, everyone was 'Johnny-on -the-spot', especially Jack in the Service Dept. He totally understood my situation and was excellent in getting my car serviced. He is new at Acura and has definitely the right approach to the client. Thanks! More

Found the service rep to be kind of rude, and was actually told by the rep after I paid “you're free to go” instead of thanking me for my business.
