Service maintenance, and fixed the hissing noise I made an appointment for service with Leo for my 2017 Acura RDX 6 months maintenance, plus asking him to findout the hissing noise on the front wheel I made an appointment for service with Leo for my 2017 Acura RDX 6 months maintenance, plus asking him to findout the hissing noise on the front wheels everytime I make a right turn. Leo was very professional, clearly communicated, texted me when they found out about the problem. And informed me it was a defect of the brakes that covered under warranty. The loaner car was very helpful arranged so I can picked up my kids at school while go back to work during the day. Excellcent service. Missy Zalinger saw me immediately and arranged an appoinment for me that very same week (I only had 5 days to return the car if needed). Missy was friendly, kind, and very helpful. Nick (service specialist who helped with the inspection) also answered some specific concerns I had about my car. I received a thorough inspection report and I had all my questions answered. I was very pleased that I would be keeping my "new" RSX. I will continue to receive service from Courtesy Acura and I already have maintenance scheduled to keep my RSX in great shape! More
